What data we collect

On the contact form: name, phone, email if you provide it, reason, message and, for an event, the date.

On an order: name, phone, email, town, the date you need it, a comment, and the detail of baskets and products.

In your browser: the language you chose and, only on your device, the contents of the basket until you clear it or send the request.

Why, and on what basis

To answer enquiries and prepare a quote: steps prior to a contract (GDPR article 6.1.b).

To manage the order, payment and delivery once the request is confirmed: performance of a contract.

To keep invoices and any records the law requires, if the relationship reaches that point: legal obligation.

Who receives the data

We do not sell your data or pass it on for advertising. It is shared only when the law requires it, or with a processor who provides a service the site needs, under the contract the law requires.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for as long as it takes to reply and, if there is no contract, for one year at most.

Order data is kept for the life of the relationship and for the tax and commercial periods that apply.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and you can withdraw consent where the processing is based on it.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos): www.aepd.es

Children

The site is not directed at children under 14. We do not knowingly collect their data.
